Our Kitchen

Our Famous Minestrone is one of our staples and its absolutely fabulous! A family recipe started by Gene Wagner who passed on the recipe to Jeanne Wagner & her Husband Enrique Garcia who makes 50-60 gallons every week along with other family recipes.
